Mix for quick pickling One sachet is enough for approx. 6-7 jars of 0.7liters . Follow the recommended quantities!

Place the fresh vegetables (cucumbers, cabbage, onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc.) in the washed and dried jars.
The contents of one sachet are mixed with 1.75 l of water,
3 l vinegar 9° and 150 g sugar. The resulting composition is boiled for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Pour the hot mixture over the vegetables, into jars, then seal. After cooling, store the pickle jars in a cool place, away from light. Tip: after boiling, you can add vinegar or sugar (according to the desired taste: more sour or sweeter). Sealed jars do not require sterilization.
