Romanian Pantry Shipping Policy
Area of Coverage
We only ship our products to addresses (including PO Boxes) within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to APO, FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Shipping Carriers
Our shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Romanian Pantry reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier for your order.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using live rates from the carriers based on package weight and destination zip code. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you place your order.
Orders ship within 1-3 business day Monday-Friday after the order is placed. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping transit time, which depends on the shipping method selected during checkout and your location.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Heat-Sensitive Products
We use insulated packaging for certain products to help protect them during transit, and may even use ice packs if necessary. However, please note that high temperatures may still affect some items. We recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
No refunds will be issued for heat-damaged products due to high temperatures or shipping delays.
Shipping Policy Disclaimers
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. We are not responsible for the package after the first delivery attempt.
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products that may be affected during transit.
- All items purchased from Romanian Pantry are shipped under a contract that transfers the risk of loss and title to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- If a package is delayed in transit, we must wait for carrier confirmation of loss before initiating a trace. This process may take 2 weeks. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a full refund.
