Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Romanian Pantry gladly accepts returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us through our contact form on our website to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before returning any product. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Instructions for returns will be sent along with the RMA Number.

Things to Consider Before Requesting an RMA:

  • Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, including all original labels and tags.
  • Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we are at fault. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • If an item is received damaged or incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately so we can resolve the issue.
  • All claims for missing or damaged products must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received a refund, please contact us through our contact form on our website.
