Cozonac with 45% walnut and candied cherries cream - Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, candied cherries 10% (cherries, glucose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, carrot and hibiscus concentrate, flavours), egg whites, walnuts 7%, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), egg yolk, water, butter, inverted sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and soy lecithin, skimmed milk powder, low-fat cocoa powder, ethyl alcohol, yeast, iodized salt, flavours.
