Bende Brand Night Stick Sausage is actually the same recipe as Gyulai Kolbász Smoked Sausage, which is a dry sausage but stuffed into an easily peel-able fibrous casing.
It is seasoned lightly with mile Hungarian Paprika, among other seasonings, and smoked over Hickory Wood smoke in two sessions. The sausage is then dried for about a week, then packaged.
