This dry donut mix can be prepared with just oil, eggs and a splash of warm milk.
In a bowl, mix the donuts mix and the contents of the yeast packet with 250 ml of warm milk and one egg , using the dough loops of the mixer, for 1 minute until smooth. Add 2 tbsp. of oil and mix on high speed for another minute. The dough thus obtained is left to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, then shaped into rings.Frying in hot oil on both sides until golden .
